Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shopify’s secure payment methods such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We currently ship within Canada, the USA, and internationally to most countries.

  • Within Canada: Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD. Orders under $75 are calculated at checkout by Canada Post.
  • USA: Flat rate of $12 CAD.
  • International: Flat rate of $25 CAD.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Canada: 3–10 business days
  • USA: 15–20 business days (plus possible customs delays)
  • International: 10–25 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
